Unhappy Wisp to router issues , not a newbie

In advanced Thanks...
I recently moved to Missouri to be with my girlfriend. We are staying at her grandma's until house remodeled and Gma wouldn't let her add Net to cable. So she went with local Wisp ( Battles Communications , battleswireless.com Dexter ,MO).

When I first started using it when it was straight into her computer it would timeout? alot going to website not availible. I downloaded tcp optimizer and ran max mtu an it hit 1462 , so i set the mtu at 1425 jsut to be safe... it helped a lil more but not much. She then grabbbed her wireless router for me so I could work on my sites ( Cisco Linksys WRT160N V3 ) now heres where the fun comes. So its been doing the same "websites not availible" at different frequencies and alot of times jsut on one computer (the one least used at moment.) so heres my setup.

On the antenna outside ive deducted that its a Tranzeo Wireless Technologies Inc TR6CPQ, then runs via rj45 into the house and connects to a PoE (power over ethernet) box then rj 45 to router. shes wired on desktop im wireless. When ive tied straight in ive gotten net ip 192.168.100.100 normal *.*.*.0 mask and *.*.100.1 gateway . The Tranzeo default Ip is 1.100 and the default passwords changed ( tried everything) so i cant get in there. Ive called the guy so many times but never around the office and one time he called me i was in car and couldnt hear him. He mentioned turning router into switch , turning off dhcp.....

So ive tried disabling DHCP and setting each computer to ip *.*.2.2 or *.*.2.3 , mask .0 , gateway 100.1 , with cable in going both in wan then lan. tried cable coming in wan and changing ip of router to 2.1 then 3.1 and dhcp start at 2.2 ive tried setting hte ips on the computers to gateway to routers ip instead. ive set dns on router to 4.2.2.1 and 4.2.2.2 , tried that on computers as well ... tried dns at *.*.100.1.....everything.... most times ill get it working fast one both for 5 mins then back to crap..... every once in a while i might pull power on PoE and that gives me a 5 min jump..... Anyone got any ideas.. im not home but jsut thoguht bout maybe setting ips on computers to 1.* instead of 2.* since dhcp on the tranzeo might be set as 1. or even 100 ... idk ... anyone?

You need to set the router as a switch on a .100.100 network .
The radio is set to not give any IP's below .100. So set the router to .100.50 say / dhcp turned off.
The PC's should get up too 8 IP's from the tranzeo radio.
Once that is done and all on auto I figure the radio is not getting a good connection.
How many Led's are lit up on the back side?
If they are at full I have 2 things to try Make sure your router is set to the farthest channel away from the one used by the tranzeo radio.
Next would be to test that cable between the router /poe and the radio!!
I have only seen this once but I have here next to me a faulty poe that would do the same thing your describing. Then one day it quit working all together. Watch the status leds on the wan for either rx or tx going out when the problems arises .
