Access Point Audit

I am currently charged with conducting an audit of all access points at our corporate campus. I am a noob, but have some experience with UNIX/Linux, etc. I have been attempting to gather the information required using tools like kismet, with limited success.

What I need is a sniffer that will capture the SSIDs (multiple on each AP), the APs, and type of security employed (WEP, WPA, etc.) and be able to report this information in an easy to read format.

I've been working on this for a while and any/all suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
