WiFi Maximum Power Output by Country

We are looking to deploy a wifi system that will be used in many countries. The manufacturer (Firetide) supplies a radio with country selection on startup and a maximum output of 400mW but will not provide information on the actual power outputs by country. Rather they say that the radios comply to country power limits.

I am looking for a source that would list countries and output power levels for each country. Could cover all ISM 2.4, 5.2 and 5.8 GHz bands. Could provide information in either dBm at radio exit or EIRP.
