    Help setting up newbie wifi

I am having a problem with my cable company. Well, they aren't mine, but they won't come to my house with internet. I live about 300-350 feet from my brother's house. My plan is to get cable to his house and then link to that via wifi. My problem is, I don't know what I need to get to make it happen. I need help. I can connect from the cable modem to something else, but what would I need to get? I don't think just any wifi router will work.
Currently I have a Belkin F7D5301 (I think it is a N150). From my house, I can stand near the window in his back bedroom and pick up this router (-92db) on my ipod. I want to spend less than $200 on this. less than $100 would be great.

You need to make sure your cable company allows this???
Most do not allow sharing unless it is a business class service.
It can be done for about 80.00 per side or less depending on
    A) Line of sight
    B) elevation of antennas
    C) Knowledge to install and configure

I should clarify about his house. It is his house, but nobody lives in it. He insures it, etc, but lives elsewhere. I figure its sort of a grey area legally. I will pay for the internet, just not use it at that location. Line of sight is good, I can see directly to the back bedroom window. There is a small pine tree in the way, but I plan to remove it. As far as elevation, I think I am about 20'-30' above his house about 300' away. I have little knowledge. What would I need to purchase on the two ends? I assume a wifi router on his end to attach to the cable modem, but what on the other end? Can I get a USB dongle and put it in the window? How would I then get internet access to the rest of my house? Can I go out of my computer to my other router? Thanks, I really am a novice.

You need at the window facing the source a Wireless Router that can be configured as a Wireless bridge.

Then connect cable from this bridge to your current Router.

    The principle here, http://forums.wi-fiplanet.com/showth...ireless+bridge

Read these. Newbie to guru in an hour...

    Wifi 101

    WiFi 103

Wifi 102 is five times the size allowed at that page and will not be posted. It's about antennas
