The generic standards are the same WIFI is WIFI. The so called WIFI business class is based on similar hardware.
The business class hardware is built with much better quality, more flexibility in security options, and the cost is in the hundreds $ as oppose to the sub $100 consumers hardware.
It is kind like the difference between Toyota's regular line and Lexus.
