Help: Wi-Fi & Wi Max Related Question

Please help me i need to know something, i am noob so please don't mind silly things in my question or may be the complete question might be silly

Its Motorola Wimax CPE , i use internet through this device, i connect my pc to this device with a networking wire/cable. And internet works fine. Its Wimax hope u got my point.

I am planning to get another device which is Wifi USB

Why i want this ? Ok, i want to connect my PC to that Motorola Wimax device through this Wifi usb, i dont know if i am able to explain but i am saying whatever is coming in my mind.

Is it possible to connect my pc to wimax cpe motorola device without wire, by using that usb which i am showing you this usb is Wifi.

I can not find any information on the CPEi 300 so I couldn't say for sure if that usb nic will work however if the CPE is transmitting on 802.11g, then it should work.
