Hi,

How can I find out SNR values of near Access Points in range. I use Linux with Wireless Extensions and Wireless tools.

When running "iwconfig", I can get signal and noise values. However, these values are related to the AP currently associated with. On the other hand, the "iwlist scanning" command shows all the AP in range, but doesn't show noise values.

What I need is both signal and noise values of all AP in range so that I can calculate SNR values. What's the best way to get this?

Thanks
