Lets for a minute forget that the laimstream media is providing us with only two parties to choose from when the truth is, there are more then most of us can count on two hands.

If you had to choose from everything but the two dominant parties, who would it be??? ;)

Here's a closer look at your parties candidates (http://www.politics1.com/p2008.htm).

This election is a write in vote if ever there was one. Choosing between the candidates offered is a lot like choosing between death by electrocution and death by drowning. I don't see a whole lot of benefit in choosing either of those. I'm writing in my own name. How much worse could I be?

So far Chuck Baldwin is my favorite. Well rounded, great record and all about the Consitution.

I want Ron Paul for President. He can be extreme in his views but we need a man with some balls to get this country going in the right direction.

I voted for the CONSTITUTION PARTY candidate in Washington State for Governor. I did not want to hear the Dem and Rep Candidates argue again it was annoying. I like voting for the little man no matter if he wins or not it takes votes away from the big guys running for office who are corrupt and dont give a crap about us.

Of course Ron Paul was my candidate of choice but unfortunately he did not receive the Republican party support as he so greatly deserved. The only thing they have to offer is Mc$ame, and lets not forget Palin!

Also, RP is backing Baldwin so he is a good choice.

am I the only one who thinks it's a disgrace that we have 50 candidates for Miss America but only two for the presidency?

Well, I guess we can't have 50 parties right?

I suppose we could if there where enough different point of views to label a new group of voters. For example, the CONSTITUTION PARTY is strongly pro-life, anti-gun control, anti-tax, anti-immigration, trade protectionist, "anti-New World Order," anti-United Nations, anti-gay rights, anti-welfare, and pro-school prayer.

The LIBERTARIAN PARTY is neither left or right, they believe in total individual liberty (pro-drug legalization, pro-choice, pro-gay marriage, pro-home schooling, anti-gun control, etc.) and total economic freedom (anti-welfare, anti-government regulation of business, anti-minimum wage, anti-income tax, pro-free trade, etc.). The Libertarian espouses a classical laissez faire ideology which, they argue, means "more freedom, less government and lower taxes."

Each of these parties has different views.
