Hi All,

First of all, I am new to this website and forum. So if this is in the wrong place, forgive me. I am running out of space on my current hard drive and I am going to add another hard drive to my system. However, my computer already has a second hard drive taking up the other SATA connection on my motherboard. So, I have decided to get NAS to put my current hard drives in and put a 500GB hard drive in my computer. My question is this. Can I install applications, games, etc. on a drive connected via NAS and then everyone can access said programs? The NAS would be connected to my DLink DI-524 wireless router. I have two other computers that connect wirelessly via the router. Thanks in advance!!

Files yes access , programs won't run from the drive. they need a OS installed and booted.
I used my old pc tossed in a huge drive for backing up and shared files.
If it has xp pro you can use remote desktop to control it and set up games to run as a server.
