In my company, we have two wireless networks available. One guest WLAN (mguest) and the other being a secured WLAN (mnet). Without misconfiguring 'mguest' on the client PC's, what can be done so that our internal user's who should be using the secured WLAN cannot connect to the guest WLAN or even detect it? Registry tweak? 3rd party software? Looking for any and all options. Thanks!!!

The company I work for makes a controller with a blacklist capability. As long as you know the mac address they can be prevented from getting on the guest network. If you provide a contact I'll send you some info

Thanks, 2brski.
Still looking for other options....preferably things that can be done client side and won't require much management.
Thanks in advance!

What access points are you using? How are you authenticating users now?

Try this client device app. They have a free 30-day trial...

I believe it can be configured to connect to specific SSID's only and can be password protected so users can't change settings.

Hi Seema,
"you can create a preferred ssid list and avoid the mguest in that .. try this out"
How is that easily done? Also, is that with any AP?
