External Antenna Hack for WiFi Phones

I have this little hack I'd like to share with everyone. I added an external antenna jack to UTStarcom F1000G WiFi SIP phone (http://www.skifactz.com/wifi/F1000G_antenna_1.htm). I haven't had time to test it out thoroughly but it picks up more APs then with the stock antenna.

I just got my hands on an older antenna that they thought was broke but its working off my router. I'm going to try this over the weekend.
