Hi

Sorry if this is too much info, I thought I'd throw out everything I had to see if anyone could help.

I've got an OvisLink WR54ADSv2 router which is currently not working properly (it has worked before but we had a power cut today which seems to have caused this problem). The router is plugged into a surge protector so hopefully something in it hasn't been fried and as it's still alive I don't think that's happened.

I can ping the router and access its setup via 192.168.1.1 but can't connect to the internet or ping a remote site.

When I run ipconfig /all I get:

I also have a USB broadband modem which will connect to the internet. When I run ipconfig /all using the USB modem I get:

I've had this problem once before and managed to solve it by choosing the "factory reset" option in the router setup but this hasn't worked this time. I've also tried the router's reset button and unplugging it.

I've switched off the firewall but this makes no difference.

EDIT - I'm running Windows XP sp2

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks, in advance, for any help.
