Hi. Sorry for jumping right in with a question. I have a Beetel 450BXI wireless ADSL modem and router. I have set up a configuration which includes one Windows Vista Business desktop, that is wired to the router, and two Windows XP SP2 notebooks, connected wirelessly. The network uses WPA-PSK security and has dynamic IPs assigned by the router.

I am able to successfully connect to the Internet from each of the computers, and also can ping the router and the desktop from either notebook. However, I am not able to ping one notebook from the other. Similarly, I am able to access shared files on the desktop from either notebook, and vice versa, but cannot access any shared files on one notebook from the other. One of the notebooks has the Windows XP SP2 firewall, while the other has Zone Alarm Security Suite. The desktop has the default Vista firewall. I tried disabling all firewalls, but still was not able to resolve this problem.

Please help me.

Try plugging a notebook via cat 5 like the desktop boot it and shut the wireless off.
See if it acts the same or just as the desktop does.
I would have to suspect a firmware issue on the wireless side of the router, or a configuration setting that does not allow traffic between wireless devices to pass through the router.
Dig through the gui for the device, look in firewall and advanced and wireless settings for something labeled (Block Inter-client Traffic) or similar.
