wifi security

i have just moved into a new flat and am currently connecting to the landlords internet through wifi. i want to know if there is any software i candownload to make it impossible to see what pages i view and what i download. can this be done and if so how?

its not possible to make a hack proof network but i think mac spoofing can help resolve ur issue.there are many softwares available freely by which u can spoof ur mac address,,:p
