Hi. I am setting up a home network for a friend. I can handle the network portion ok, It will be a dlink 614 + with a ADSL provider
who only offers dynamic ip address's. The wireless card will be a Cisco 3500 model.
Now the question. He wants to communicate with his office using VPN. The Dlink people claim that they support VPN pass-through, but I know nothing about VPN and I want to be sure that he can
access his office, as this is the main reason for the installation.
I have read posts here that refer to VPN problems related to dynamic ip assignments.
Any suggestions? I think it is a CISCO VPN software/hardware config.
