I'm really at a loss here. I have a 2 different access points and I just noticed that when a wifi phone connects to one the battery will last 24 to 36 hours of standby time. If that same phone connects to the other access point it will last maybe 5 or 6 hours. I've tried setting all settings identical, but I must be missing something.

Hardware:
WAP54GP
DI624

WIP300
DPH540

Has anyone else experienced something similiar?

That could indicate that your phone is dropping connection and reconnecting often with the AP which drains the battery.

All WiFi phones I have tested use more power when they are searching and connecting to an AP. If your AP has some sort of connection log check it to see if this is the case.
