I'm doing a project for a Geographical Information Systems Class (GIS), and I'm maping out where it would be wise to place Wi Fi points on a campus for maximum coverage and speeds.
But I am a little overwhelmed about what all I need to consider and the more I look into the subject the more swamped I feel. Can anyone tell me what I need to be considering in the way of hardware and coverage area that I can get per access points and what kind of antennas should I be looking into? Also is there any kind of limit to the amount of users that can be on a single access point (without speed suffereing too much)?
Also is there anything else that I'm missing that I should be looking at.
