Hi Guys
I am setting up a long range Point to Point link its about 26.8KM so I need a little bit help. Here is what I have right now two Indoor APs and two 1 watt Amplifier and a pair of 24DBi Dish and I have calculate the elevation from my GPS. Site A has 640 feet’s and Site B has 870 feet’s and I have built a 100 feet tower on site A and 120 feet tower on site B now the main thing is this a possible to achieve the link using 2.4Ghz 802.11g.Guys actually I am new to this kind of situation but I have deploy some link about 10 to 16 KM I have never try that much distance.

Just guessing on some values I would say that your link will be questionable. Check out the calculations at this link.

So that means this link will work I have checked the calculations and it show me -55.8 dbm receive sensitivity so it means the link works very well. What’s your experience says about this situation.

i just put the following values in the field and get the answer. look man I don’t want this mathematics staff. Ok just tell me any one of you out there has do it or not tell me the practical answer man. Who has achieve the that distance on 2.4Ghz practicaly

I was trying to help, as determining the parameters will go along way to deciding whether the link will work or not. I also already mentioned that the link parameters you described will lead to a questionable connection.
