Connector types

Hi all !

This is my first time here. This site looks nice :) .

I don't have that much of experience in WiFi world, but I will be buying some wireless units next week and these equipments come with their N Female Connector for external antenna.

So my doubt is: If these units (wireless radios) comes with their N Female connector for external antennas, what type of connector does the antenna need have? N female or N male connector?

I would appreciate your help.

N-male connects to N-Female.

RP-TNC plug connects to RP-TNC jack
