Hi guys.

I've been using Onesuite Voip for receiving and making calls through Sjphone on my computer. I want to use an ATA device but networking is not my forte nor voip settings/configurations. I don't have any problems with Onesuite quality or connection but I don't want to limit my calls through my computer and at the moment Onesutie doesn't support ATA, meaning they don't give configuration settings but I know it can be done if I just know how or what to change on ATA configuration.

So far Onesuite has only this info on their website.

-----------------------------------------------------------------
OneSuite will only provide support to OneSuite labeled softphone and OneSuite labeled equipments. You may use the following information for your own registration media, however, please keep in mind that we will not be able to provide support if you experience any difficulties using your own registration media.

PROXY DOMAIN : voip.onesuite.com
PORT : 5060
DTMF : rfc2833/rtp
RTP PAYLOAD : 101
REGISTRATION TIMER : 180 seconds
AUDIO CODEC : GSM, G.711u
-----------------------------------------------------------------

I'll appreciate any help I can get.

Thanks in advance.

Gomez try this. saw it from another forum.

Gateway: userid@voip.onesuite.com
GW1 AuthID: onesuite username
GW1 Password: onesuite SA password
GW! Nat Mapping Enable: YES
Proxy: voip.onesuite.com
UserID: myuserid
Password: onesuite_broadband_password
Display Name: MyName

I don't know if it will work or not but on the forum where I got it, it works.

I never tried it because I don't have an ATA or an IP phone to use it and I 'm contented using my Onesuite voip on a softphone because it works great there, I don't need another device.

Thanks joshb14, that was a big help. Now I'm using my Onesuite on Grandstream and no need for my PC to be on to make or receive calls.

This looks interesting...I never knew Onesuite has voip service now. Time to renew my account.
