VOICE over Ad-hoc Network

I have created an ad-hoc network which includes only two wireless nodes(nodes are with Atheros chipset based cards) and I am able to ping eachother. Currently I am using SJphone for placing a call, whenever I place a call I am able to hear oneway voice not the both(i.e., if I call from A to B I am able to hear voice from node A in B but not B in A) this network was configured in channel 1 and I am using same wireless cards in both the machines with DSL-Linux distribution. Is there any settings which has to be done on the softphones??
