how can i set up this network....

hello.. me again.. yeah..again.. :P

i´d like to ask u guys..if theres a "cheap" way to set up a network.... on my parents home we have a wireless network.. its a desktop connected directly by a "cable" from an antenna... what i wanted to know is.. a cheap way to transform this network on a wi-fi network.....so i could connect my laptop(and my brothers) to this network.... and keep the desktop connected too.. (i guess this actual card doesnt support wi-fi... and.. if possible.. a way that i dont need to keep the desktop turned on..... i´d like to know a way that i could use a wifi router o something like that...

More details would be really helpful. What is the antenna, cable and what device are they connected to? What kind of ISP service is it?

ok.. lets go to details then...

this is the antenna.. 2.4 GHz 24db Directional Parabolic Grid WiFi Antenna
i´d put a pic.. but i didnt want to put many pics around here..

the cable is a coaxial cable.. that comes from this antenna.. and by a "pigtail" connects to my desktop wireless card.. (an RALINK... )..
right now.. thats my network..
and.. my ISP is a provider from here..(Brazil).. they are just internet providers.. nothing more.. (nothing like internet, cable tv or whatever).... its just a internet provider...

Best bet would be to contact the folks you get your signal from and ask if an access point could take the place of the card your antenna plugs into now.
Also ask them if you can share the signal by adding a switch behind the access point ( If possible ) Meaning can you get up to the 3 IP address you want to have from there service through an AP in client mode.

i have just one IP... and i asked him about it.. but he said i couldnt do that.. ( i dont know if he said that because its not possible or because he doesnt want it.. i´ll try talk to him later.. but.. i wanted an alternative way to do it..
