Has anyone heard of a Prepaid Wireless card you can get?? this one lady had one and i just want to know if im able to get one and where?

I've seen them before. You can get them from just about any ISP offering hotspot access. Here is one such company (http://www.idm.net.lb/products/wifi/cardsplans/wifi_cards.asp).
