What's the best wireless router, voip combo out there?

I'm looking to setup a wireless router that is stable and has great reach. I also want voip. What's the best solution/combo? Does anyone have a high gain 15dbi omnidirectional antenna. I'd like to broadcast to a couple of my neighbors. Thanks in advance.

When you mean viop like a router that has Vonage built into it? Or a router that better support voip traffic?

Not with voip built in. I have a good reliable wireless router. I just need to get the phone adaptor from a good voip company. Which one is my question. Thanks

You name it there's a bunch of them out there, vonage is by far the most main stream and most features. Packet8 is great and reliable as well, cheap to boot.

Viatalk is also a worthy contender. I've had zero issues with them in about 1 year of use, and they also have a great feature set. Two years for $199 plus shipping, and I can continue my current service for $199/2 years with no extra fees whatsoever.
