After working perfectly for a year, my CANOPY service is working only about half of the time. I’m 13 miles from the provider’s tower, but it’s a perfectly clear line of sight over a lake. No trees. 900 MHz Multipoint Devise Type. When it’s registered, RSSI is 1484 (-73 dBm) and Jitter is 3. Otherwise RSSI is zero (-114 dBm) and Jitter is also zero. Provider says there’s something in the signal path and I have to raise my antenna, but it’s a straight line with nothing even near the path. Since it worked before and changed suddenly in August, I suspect some other interferrence. How can I figure out what's causing the problem?

Provider is more than likely correct 900MHz is becoming more and more crowded. I suggest doing as they mentioned as it might help. If not does the ISP run other frequency bands?
