Actually I have a 614+ with serveral of 520+(PCI type) and 650+(PC Card type) at my office. If you are going to share the broadband with your neighbor the required equipments will highly depend on the following factors:
1. distance to your neighbor's house
2. number of computers to connect in your neighbors house
3. obstructions between your house and neighbors house

in any case, you can use an external antenna to boost your signals to your neighbors house eg. DLink ant24-0800 (this is omni directional, you can get a directional antenna)

Notes: 520+ does not pick up signals as well as 650+ due to location of PCI in computers. Should get USB type so that is has better positioning.

I hope this helps.

Depending on the distnce between your house and you neighboors house. The DI614+ will not be enough you will need atleast one AP to extend you rang and maybe a booster antena.
http://support.dlink.com/products/view.asp?productid=ANT24-0500 this might be a good anttena fgor you. but contac the DLINK pre sales they will be able to tell you what anttena would be better.
