I've been trying to configure an ad hoc network, and all the guides I've looked up regarding the matter say that I need to configure my card to be ad hoc with the included card's software.
I have no idea how to do this with my setup. My wireless is built into my laptop, a Gateway MX6124. As far as I can tell, there is no included software that allows me to fiddle with me wireless settings. Is it possible to create an ad hoc connection from this point?
