peer-to-peer help

hello all.....i am setting up an ad hoc peer-to-peer wifi system using linksys
802.11 g cards. i am not using a router. the computers are seeing each other,
i can trade files from one to the other, view the various drives...everything is
working good except i can't view the internet from the other machine.
i have dial-up and both machines are using XP Professional. one machine
(with modem) is the host.....the other is the client......could someone
tell me what i'm missing? thanks jay

Have you setup ICS on the machine connected to the Internet via dialup?

Check out this link, and your situation would be similar to the one which uses a crossover cable. It doew not matter that you are using dial up instead of broadband.
