Linksys BEFW11P1 repurposing question

My Linksys BEFW11P1 Wireless Router + Printserver is a piece of crap and worthless as a wireless (or wired) broadband router b/c it crashes frequently and needs reseting constantly. So I've disabled the NAT/routing features and am just trying to use it as a printserver only (and if I'm lucky maybe the wireless network could be used too). I've got a Seimens Speedstream 2 port router that I've gone back to using as my broadband router.

I've got the Linksys cross-over connected via the Uplink port to the Uplink port on a 4+1 hub. The Hub is connected to 1 PC and the Speedstream router. The PCs connect to the internet fine but I can't get to the Remote Admin of the Linksys at 192.168.1.1. The Hub shows good connection on the Uplink to the Linksys.

Any ideas on getting this hackjob network to work?
