Hey guys & Girls,
I'm trying to set up my home network so i can play warcraft III on the LAN
I have 3 Computers hooked up through a hub i have assigned seprate TCP/IP adresses to each computer.
Computer 1 : 192.168.0.1
Computer 2: 192.168.0.2
Computer 3: 192.168.0.3
Computer 1 and 2 are talking to each other (and can play the game) when i do a test ping from computer 1 it gets a reply from computer 2 (and vise versa)
However when we try to ping computer 3 there is no response?? Computer 3 does not show up in the game. in network places you can see computer 3's shared folders and they are still accessable.... We just can't get it work through tcp/ip?
All computers are running Windows XP Pro
If any one can shed some light on this it would be apprciated
Thanks
Tim
