Can you describe the layout of your network?

Is this a wireless router or an access point connected to a router?

Is your IP address 169.254.xx.xx?

Has it ever worked?

Are there other PC's that work?

Is it encrypted?

Is it your network?

Let's start with these questions and work from there...
