Hi;

Are there any test vectors for the Wimax 802.16-2004 standard. I am not able to find any. There is a mention of test vectors for an example in the pdf for OFDM uplink RS-CC encoding (sec 8.3.3.5). Any clues if we have standard test vectors to test the Phy layer implemntation?

Thanks in advance
Aka

Yes, there are.

ETSI has a collection of them written in TTCN-3.
The released tests can be downloaded for free. The tests under
development require ETSI or WiMAX forum membership.

I don't have the links handy now, but if you would like I can probably
track them down.

Thanks man! So how it's work? What is it for? Do u guyz know about designing systems of WiMax's Cellural systems? I mean how to install the base station(distance, prioritization, channel bandwith selection) and how to detect the CPE and what is the coverage of Cell or something else? :D
