I'm a new Wi-Fi learner.I wanna to understand how wi-fi work and 802.11b protocol.But I can't find any reource or book of it.Do you have any idea?

Josh gave one of the best sites that I know of for information about anything. I am a WiKi advocate to be sure.

I would like to suggest the CWNA study guide as it is a very comprehensive yet understandable book about this entire subject. You understand the book you have a great inderstanding of this subject and can then even take the CWNA cert test.
