Which chipset is this AR5005VL set designed to work with. Is it made in a mini-pci?

I guess I am asking does the network adapter (pci card) have the same chipset or will the the card have a different one? Sorry about my wording.

If you check out the link, it shows that chip set being made into all the various form factors.
