Radio Card? Wireless Card?

Hi. I just need to clarify this. Been searching high and low for the answer :(

Is Radio Card he same thing as Wireless Card?
If yes, then *phew*
If no, then what is the difference , please?

Radio cards don't require any wires, so they are also wireless cards. A wireless card, however, could include other types of wirefree technologies (e.g., infrared).
