Any good support numbers for Vonage ?

I recently joined Vonage.

I wasn't so sure I wanted to due to having trouble getting through to their sales people in the past...and not being able to understand them when I did get through.

I was persuaded to take a chance when my son (who uses Vonage) said he likes the quality of their VoIP. I will have to say I like the Vonage VoIP quality so far (only been on for about 2 days).

But I still think...

VONAGE PHONE SUPPORT STINKS TO HIGH HEAVEN.

I have been in a cue for about 20 minutes (UPDATE 1 hr. 19 minutes) to ask a simple question. No one has come on the line yet. Not even a sound. They still have me on hold however.

So...

Are there any good numbers for Vonage, whereby a new Vonage customer can actually talk to a phone support person.
