help with my linksys wireless adapter

ok i got my wireless adapter about a year ago. and it did this b4 but not like this it was working fine then windows xp (pro) did an automatic update and now it wont work. i tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and then it still doesnt work it says im connected to the internet but webpages dont load up and aol doesnt work. i right click on the icon on the system tray and it shows 2 different things to connect to and the ones HPSETUP and the others just a bunch of numbers. if anyone can help me it would be greatly apprciated.

the wireless router downstairs i have the most updated drivers downloaded from the website and all. it just doesnt work i dont know if my configurations r wrong or what
