Hi Everyone,
I have been tasked with setting up and configuring a Pronto OSS system and the corresponding hotspots to take the place of our current Wireless hotspots. I have been battling poor documentation and mediocre tech support for long enough to make my bosses wonder if I do anything during a day. I am hoping to get in touch with someone who has deployed and customized a pronto setup who can give me some pointers and perhaps steer me in the right direction.
I have configured the system and fought my way to the point that I can actually get it to work and now I need to customize the interface a bit because, well lets face it, many of our customers aren't really internet savvy, and since we want them to enjoy their wireless internet experience we want to make the interface as simple and user friendly as possible.
I have customized the HTML as far as it will let me go but tech support has decided that they aren't going to help me upload an image to the Hotspot controller. (they allow you three, WISP level, Franchise level, and local level but no more than that. I don't understand why this should be so difficult but apparently tech support has never been asked to help with this level of customization. I am just looking for a bit of info.
