If you are referring to the DC input voltage that is applied to the device the only thing that increasing that will do is damage the device.
Internally it does not make sense to increase the power to the RF amplifier as that is not designed to accept that. The most logical thing to do to increase power or EIRP would be to improve the antenna situation. Or look into getting an amplifier.
