Organizations typically don't publicize security breaches, as a matter of policy.

I'm aware of at least one client, who (against my advice) required that I install their WLAN with absolutely no encryption or authentication whatsoever, and is now experiencing (on a daily basis) people from the surrounding apartment buildings who are jumping on the network and stealing bandwidth (and god knows what else).

I've since been contracted to go back and install a RADIUS server to perform MAC authentications (still very weak, I know; the customer's requirement was that they not have to do any work to secure the WLAN!).
