i was just going through this article..

well firstly
i dont know why i keep asking my self..
is line of site needed?? .. this is one question i keep asking my self.. cause.. when setup a hotspot its not necessarly that u would get a line of site..

in the above article they have achived to cover a area of 100 sq..
dont ask me how.. but they did it.. with a 802.11. network..
i just wanted detals to know if the above article is true... and is there any possibility ???

That's the way I want to make things...
let me to explain,
of course that is possible, If within cell phones they can do it with 802.11 they can do it.
There are only 2 or more added problems....
1st. The 2'4 Ghz. is a powerless band, so they must mount more stations.
2nd. The "social" problem... all people knows that the cell phones are unoffesinve for human body, cause i'm talking through it so far and there's no problem :D but what freq. does 802.11 Works? hmmm... let me see... oops in the microwave of my cook I have a really 802.11 same freq. I don't want a third eye (a part the back one's) of my children!!!
