How do I generate more Ip addresses in my network

We are just a new ISP and we want to start giving acess to people in my area, using wireless connections to their APs. But the problem now is that we need not use the same public Ip adress as our clients. I want to know how to give them different IP address I will generate in my own network, so that I will give to our clients and configure it in their APs, so that they wil connect to internet thru us.
