I have two computers. One is hooked up directly, with an ethernet wire to an actiontech wireless router for dsl connection to msn. My other computer [windows xp sp2] has a wireless pci adapter. When I open my network connections page there is a mac bridge miniport icon that is connected, along with my pci card and a 1394 which is bridged. Could someone explain what that mac bridge miniport is doing and if this is the right configuration, or should I disable this bridge.
