planet wireles connection always drops packets

i purchased planet 5100 Access Point and 24 dbi antenna and i implemented point to point wireless system i am facing a problem in connectivity as the distance between the two location is less than 2 km and line of sight is very much clear. In one location there are some other wireless system are there which is using 5.8 frequency from other brands and I am using 2.4 frequency of 5100 access point now the problem is when we ping to other location of access point it always drops packets and disconnect it and it gives request time out of every 10 to 15 times of reply and I am not getting the proper connectivity please help me urgently.
