I need suggestions on billing software for a WISP, preferably with a CRM built in. If anyone is using anything they like, a tip would be appreciate.

Hey Oceans!

I've read your other posts, you've been very helpful to others.

My company is setting up a WISP infrastructure and need some software to bill through rather than Quickbooks or something similar. There are ISP billing systems out there, but I was hoping to get some advice from folks on the forum who have used billing systems before.

I need something that generates invoices, tracks service calls, and does credit card transactions. Ideally I would like to have one that ties into Netenforcer or some other network monitoring device so you can see uptime and service quality info on screen while CSR's talk to customers. In addition, my sales force could use the system for contact management.

What do people use for these functions? Do they get by with Peachtree or are there better options?

There is also http://www.mywispmanager.com

They have a demo button to check it out. Since it is a website you won't lose data like with software on a computer
