There is an "idle time" on the DSA 3100. This can be set from 10 minutes up to several hours I believe. If someone is logged in and does nothing (remains idle), that person is "kicked" off after exceeding the set idle time. It is shown as a "kick" on the history log.
I have the idle time set to 2 hours, but I see some people are kicked off after only 45 minutes.
Any other DSA 3100 users run into this situation where a kick occurs before the idle time has expired?
