Need a program writer!!

Hi, I am currently working independently on the deployment of WLANs in a real world setting. My associate and I have come immensly close to creating a great approximation formula for calculating efficient and cost effective configurations for WLANs. We have not, and plan not to, used AirFlow products in our tests. They are just another stream clogging quick-fix for somebody else's problems. But anyway, we are looking for a proficient program writer to translate our formulas into a simple program for the calculation of polynomial time length, approximate configurations for large scale WLANs.
