Newbie - Looking for something like ConfigFree

I saw a demo of a program on a Toshiba laptop called ConfigFree which looks for wireless connections in a really cool graphical format. Since I own a Dell laptop, this program will not run on my system.

Is there a program that is just like ConfigFree, but for a Dell Laptop?
