OK at the store I have this base

and this adapter for the Computer

Everything works fine, I use normal Win XP Program to Connect to the base, and I have encryption off, but every once in a while, I want to say about every 1-2 Hours I get one disconnection, I used to Restart My Computer and it worked fine, now I found a easier way, just go to the network Connections and Disable The Wireless Network Card and Re-Enable it and it re-connects, or it wont let me do anything, when I try to connect.
My Question is just, How do I prevent this Disconnection, At Home I have the EXACT Same Router, with Encryption ON and a Linksys PCMCIA G Notebook Speedbooster card

I do admit the base at my house is closer to my computer and at work it is a lot farther, I get Low signal, but Internet works Just Fast, But once its connected, Why would it randomly Disconnect?

EDIT: I just tried Using the Linksys software to connect instead of XP, Like I do at home, and same Problem, it actually disconnected after 10 minutes, this gets annoying.
