WLAN management tool

hi guyz, this is a newbie question. im new to WLAN. i need to know what is the tool that can capture WLAN performance like MAC Add, IP, signal strength, BW. this too also able to output the result to text file. thanx alot.

thanx, i would like to know some other WLAN management tool. Is there any method to make netstumbler output file become text file? On top of that, the tools must able to capture other laptop performance.
coz im currently doin college project. so i need the ouput to be in text file so that my program can read the file. i have tried ethereal.
